Reformed flat in the heart of Alaró
In the center of Alaró, one of the most charming villages of the island, one can find this spectacular project of integral reform.
The reform is carried out with a Bio-passive design, a concept which is still not very common on the island, which seeks to harmonize modern life with a sustainable environment. From the beginning, ecological solutions have been implemented to ensure exceptional insulation and energy efficiency, providing maximum comfort without sacrificing luxury. In this way, this developer, specialized in passive villas, offers us a high quality product, but also sustainable with the environment.
The property is located in a complex of three houses. The apartment has three double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. When entering, we are greeted by a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen that opens onto a beautiful terrace.
Outside, you can enjoy an outdoor dining area, a garden and a swimming pool with solarium, creating a true oasis.
The homes are delivered turnkey, with white concrete flooring in the kitchen and living room; high quality Tarkket laminate in bedrooms, and bathrooms tiled in porcelain stoneware, with Tres and Grohe faucets. In addition, they are equipped with aerothermal heating for DHW and AC, heat recovery, and solar panels. The kitchen is fully furnished, ready to install the appliances you want.
This project not only offers luxury and comfort, but also a genuine commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, making each home a true ecological refuge in the heart of Alaró.
The picturesque village of Alaró is located in a quiet valley between two well-known mountains in the south of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is located in the centre of the island of Mallorca and currently has more than 5,700 inhabitants. It is about 20 minutes from the centre of Palma, as well as from the nearest beaches and the airport. It has numerous restaurants, as well as our beautiful Engel & Völkers office in the town square. It stands out for its old architecture and beautiful cobbled streets in the oldest part of the village, as well as for the surrounding nature. Alaró is home to a weekly market every Saturday, where one can find local fresh produce and clothes. In addition, its inhabitants of different nationalities give it a great cultural diversity. One of the most famous sights is the Castell d'Alaró, which is situated on the top of the mountain at an altitude of 822 metres and is listed as a site of cultural interest. The castle has stunning views of the Mallorcan countryside and as far as the bay of Palma, and is about two hours' walk from the centre of the village. It is a popular village for cyclists and hikers as it has some of the best routes on the island. The most important industry for the village was the shoe industry, which once numbered 30 factories, and today still includes the workshop of Tony Mora, world famous for his handmade cowboy boots.
