Going outside there is a sizable pool, surrounded by a sitting area and an outside shower, also this patio area has views over the edge of town to the countryside beyond. Going down a flight of steps on the lower patio level, you will find the pump room, this is a room for all the functioning essentials of the pool and with more than enough space for some storage as well. Apart from this room, there are three other sizable rooms with separate entrances and detached from the property itself (They could be connected if a staircase was to be installed). On the lower floor of the patio, there is also a nice small plot with fertile soil where you could grow vegetables while still enjoying the beautiful countryside views.
