Plot with building licence close to Llubi This large plot in the country side is located on the outskirts of Llubi, an authentic village with good restaurants. Supermarkets and a weekly market. It has a good infrastructure and you can reach the northern beaches within 20 minutes, as Palma within 30 minutes, by train or by car. The land has some nice views to the Tramuntana mountains and the mallorcan countryside. It offers good access to the village due to the proximity of the road, for daily shopping or the market on Tuesday. The land is sold with a project which has been planned and applied for. Llubí is situated in the centre of Mallorca and has approximately 2.500 inhabitants and is famous for its delicious honey, capers and almonds. There are several cafes at the train station as well as many restaurants including the Brut restaurant, a unique tasting experience where local, fresh and seasonal products are combined with different homemade food. There is also the minimalist restaurant "Daica" which in 2019 was awarded the Michelin star. It has several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, a school, and a sports centre. You can walk to the Hermitage, a place where people gather on Sundays for picnics or “torradas”, and which has a sandy playground. On Tuesday mornings there is a varied market in the Plaza de España, better known as Plaza de la Carretera. On the third weekend in November, the local fair dedicated to honey harvesting is held here. The village, decorated with sand-coloured stone houses, is about 20 minutes from the beaches of Alcudia, and 35 minutes from the centre of Palma and the airport.
