Nice building plot without licence with views in Sineu This beautiful plot, situated only a few minutes away from Inca, has wonderful views to the Tramuntana Mountains. It is divided in two different plots and does not have a licence yet. It has no access to mains electricity or water. For the plot, a building licence must be requested according to current construction regulations. It has a very popular market which is held every Wednesday, attracting people from all over the island. A stroll through Sineu’s streets is very recommendable, where one can come across ancient wells, crosses, olive branches adorning the façades, old restaurants and stately home. Its old mills can be seen all over the island, which reminds us of the importance of cereal cultivation on the land.
