Stunning country house with pool near Llubi This fantastic finca is located between Llubi and Inca and offers great connectivity to the beaches and to Palma. It was renovated in 2022 and many original details were preserved and combined with modern style. The surrounding fields are farmed, one enjoys a wonderful wide view into the nature here. The house is equipped with underfloor heating (oil) and air conditioning and is connected to mains electricity. On the ground floor is the open living room with large fireplace, dining area and kitchen with storage and utility room. The infinity pool with a charming BBQ house completes the beautiful outdoor area. Furthermore, the large master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in wardrobe as well as a guest toilet are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is an open gallery area, currently used as a library, as well as four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Llubí is situated in the centre of Mallorca and has approximately 2.500 inhabitants and is famous for its delicious honey, capers and almonds. There are several cafes at the train station as well as many restaurants including the Brut restaurant, a unique tasting experience where local, fresh and seasonal products are combined with different homemade food. There is also the minimalist restaurant "Daica" which in 2019 was awarded the Michelin star. It has several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, a school, and a sports centre. You can walk to the Hermitage, a place where people gather on Sundays for picnics or “torradas”, and which has a sandy playground. On Tuesday mornings there is a varied market in the Plaza de España, better known as Plaza de la Carretera. On the third weekend in November, the local fair dedicated to honey harvesting is held here. The village, decorated with sand-coloured stone houses, is about 20 minutes from the beaches of Alcudia, and 35 minutes from the centre of Palma and the airport.
