The development consists of 3 individual houses in "Los Martinez", a small hamlet, south/east facing, in the area of Rio Seco in Almunecar, Almunecar, Granada. Two of the houses are completely reformed, brand new, fully legalised and regularised, and the third, currently in ruins, needs total reformation. This house is the one below. Once you leave the road and take a short path across the river, you will find the concrete access to get directly from here, which connects the three houses, This house is the first one we find going up the concrete access, it has an entrance on the upper floor and on the terrace of the ground floor, as well as a magnificent terrace on the upper deck. Downstairs, outside terrace where there is a centenary carob tree that has been left for the pleasant shade it casts on the lower terrace, we enter the house, living room kitchen in the same area and a large bathroom, typical Andalusian, here we have a beautiful cooker, as formerly had in the farmhouses, We go up the interior stairs to the upper floor, two large bedrooms and a central living room, which leads to the entrance terrace and the exterior stairs that lead to the roof with a beautiful view of the valley. Access to the hamlet "Los Martinez" is from the road, across a river to "Las Escuelas", now disused and currently used for seasonal country celebrations. The 3 houses are located in an area in the countryside, a perfect place for those who are looking for peace and quiet and like to go on incredible walks in the area, but it is still a hamlet with several houses nearby that accompany you without breaking the tranquillity. The neighbours usually use these houses during the weekends as they live in Almunecar during the week. The construction of the 2 reformed houses has been designed with the idea of modernising the style and comfort but always respecting the rural, natural and ecological environment. The two houses have a new building licence and have plots of 1.000 metres each. There are no other houses like them in the area. They are perfect houses for holidays or for rental investment. The third house is unfinished and has a small farm with avocado and fruit trees.
