Large plot in Binissalem This beautiful plot is located on the outskirts of the village of Binissalem, in a location which offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. It is surrounded by native trees and it also offers beautiful open views. The plot consists of an area of 44,771 m² approx. And it has a stone house of about 130 m² approx. A building permit with the applicable regulations must be applied for. The municipality of Binissalem is located in the centre of the island and has over 7,500 inhabitants.
